A few days ago Alex's brother thought it would be a good idea to turn up. As if things between me and Alex could get any worse right now he just decides to barge and start telling her that everything I have told her through out her life was all a big lie to hide the truth. I mean maybe he is right but I am only trying to do what is right for Alex so she can have good life and not have to think about what happened in the past. I just hope he just leaves, he is really starting to frustrate me. Im really finding it hard to get on with life when I know he is always there to to try and take Alex away from me and make me feel uncomfortable in my own home. I don’t know what to do.

After the argument I had with Alex and Simon it really hit me what a horrible and outrageous thing I had done. This in tier time I have lived and told a lie about what really happened in Rwanda that day, I lived thinking what I had done was right when really I have hidden away from the truth this whole time when in fact what Simon said was right.
I had been dropped in a small village in Rwanda and had started to explore the area. As scouted the area I heard some screaming coming from inside a church so I went in to investigate. The church was full of dead bodies. It was the worst thing I had ever witnessed. But there in amongst the bodies sat a young boy and baby girl and as horrible as it is I new that it would make a good shot. And the thing that makes what I did so despicable is that I set up that photo, I made what was a tragedy into a peace of art. And right there and then I new that I couldn’t just let these children stay here and suffer, but then I look in that boys eyes and I could tell that he saw what I did, I new that he had witnessed the truth and for that reason left him their and took his sister to be raised as my own.

The goal of
your blog is to express the thoughts, feelings and history of your character in
a variety of ways. As you design your blog, you should always consider whether
you are representing your character accurately, based on the text’s given
circumstances. It is fine to add details to your character’s life as long as
they are appropriate to our school context and in keeping with the was the
playwright has brought the character to life.
It is important
that during lesson time the work set is completed, anyone found using the
internet for other reasons that those stated in the lesson will be asked to sit
quietly and return to finish their work on Friday afternoon with Mr Rennison.
Everyone’s blog must have all of the following:
At least four
posts written from the perspective of your character from various points in the
play. Three posts should be at least 200 words each. Keep in mind that if you
want your blog posts to appear chronologically then you need to adjust the
order in the account settings section.
At least one
post must have a related image within it.
You must input
sidebar links to the other pages for your research; which you will also create
in future lessons. These will include (Social, Cultural, Political and Historical
research into the play and a rehearsal notes blog).
A header with a
title that matches your character and blog content.
Meaningful
quotations related to your character
A photo of your
character (as you imagine him or her) with a brief description of them (role in
life, relationships, goals, location, etc.)
A photo of you
in your costume.
A link to a
video or an embedded video
An addition set
of research links grouped around a theme
